  • What is AweSun? How is it used?

    • AweSun is brand-new software which supports remote control and be controlled. AweSun provides free, easy, fast and secure remote access for all users, IT technicians, game players, designers, etc.

  • AweSun prompts "Device number exceeded limit".

    • 1) Because the number of used devices has exceeded the number of purchased devices;
    • 2) Please upgrade the number of AweSun devices on our official website, and login to AweSun account again;
    • 3) You’re able to remove the device on AweSun software easily, and then login to AweSun account on the new device.
  • Unable to login to AweSun, failed to connect to server.

    • 1) Check if the network is normal and if other applications are working properly;
    • 2) Check the Windows Firewall and other anti-virus software, close, quit and uninstall, then re-open AweSun.
  • To remotely control a computer, it prompts “Enter account and password”.

    • 1) The account password is the Windows system account and password;
    • 2) Recommend to set an independent password on computer side, and the control side is able to access the computer easily after refreshing.
  • It’s silent during remote controlling, how to deal with it?

    • 1) Remote control ONLY supports the sound of controlled Windows computer now;
    • 2) Check whether the controlled computer has turned on the sound and whether the sound card driver is normal;
    • 3) Check the interface of remote control, there is an option to turn on sound, check whether it has been turned on.
  • NOTES: Remote control Android phone

    • To remote control Android phone, AweSun Classic Edition and ROOT permissions of controlled phone are needed. However, remote viewing Android phone does not need ROOT permissions.
  • Remote control Android phone, indicating "Loading"

    • 1) Check the controlled mobile phone, whether the network is connected properly, switch the network and test again;
    • 2) Check the controlled mobile phone, AweSun should be operated normally;
    • 3) Check the controlled mobile phone, if there is a prompt for screenshot permission, click OK to allow.
  • How to solve lags problem during remote game?

    • 1) Check the controlled computer side, the recommended bandwidth speed is 6Mbps-10Mbps;
    • 2) Replace the network of the control side and re-test the remote control.
  • How to solve the abnormal problems of game angle during remote game?

    • Press Ctrl+Alt+Enter at the same time to enable the cursor function of the remote computer side. After enabling the cursor, you cannot operate the top menu on local control side. Recommend to turn it on after entering the game.
